At Hallmark Auto Body, we employ fully trained and experienced Appraisers who will thoroughly inspect customer vehicles for cosmetic and structural damage. Our Appraisers can prepare an estimate using Hallmark’s Computerized Appraisal System to ensure that our customers receive quick and accurate appraisals. At Hallmark, our Appraisers will upload photos and prepare an estimate for insurance and repair approval. Once the appraisal is complete, the repair estimate is uploaded directly to your insurance company to ensure that the repair approval process can be completed as quickly as possible. No appointments are necessary.

Insurance

Hallmark Auto Body is an approved DRP (Direct Repair Programs) repair facility for most major insurance companies.
DRP (Direct Repair Programs) repair facilities are shops that have formed strategic alliances with insurers. As an approved DRP, Hallmark Auto Body meets the criteria of an insurance company’s specific program, and agrees to do business in that manner. Insurance companies employ Direct Repair Programs (DRP) to streamline the claims settlement process, and by working closely with our repair facility, we help them to accomplish this.
As a DRP repair facility, we will explain the repair process to you, the vehicle owner. What is being repaired versus what is being replaced should be understood and agreed upon. This also includes discussing what type of parts are being utilized in the repair process prior to you, the vehicle owner, authorizing the repair facility to proceed with the vehicle repairs.

At Hallmark Auto Body, we will order all necessary parts for the repair of your vehicle, ensuring your vehicle returns to pre-accident condition.
