If the frame is damaged, can it be repaired properly?

Hallmark Auto Body uses a state-of-the-art measuring system and our highly skilled technicians to return your vehicle to its original factory specifications. If it is determined the frame section is bent beyond repair, that section can be replaced.

How long will the repairs take?

As soon as the estimate is written, we can tell you the anticipated length of time for repairs. If further damage is found after disassembly requiring additional parts and repair time, Hallmark Auto Body will contact you or your insurance company to advise of any additional repair time or costs.

CAN YOU match my EXISTING paint color?

Yes - our high-quality facility will take the steps necessary to ensure your satisfaction with the match.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate? How long will it take? Is there a cost?

Our estimates are free, and you may drop in for an estimate anytime during our hours of operation, or if you prefer you may book online.

Can I take my car to the repair shop of my choice?

Yes - It is important for our new and repeat customers to understand that "you have the legal right in Alberta to select the repair center of your choice for your repairs.

What is your warranty?

Your vehicle has been repaired and refinished using some of the most advanced equipment and technology available in the collision repair industry.

Hallmark Auto Body guarantees all repairs on your vehicle against workmanship. Parts and material defects, if any, will be subject to the terms extended by the manufacturer.

Hallmark Auto Body certifies that your vehicle was repaired using the latest techniques and that repairs meet generally accepted standards for safe, proper repair as recognized within the collision industry. Hallmark Auto Body takes pride in their workmanship as well as their reputation; therefore, if you should have any questions with any of the repairs made to your vehicle, please return it to us for inspection.

Paint Warranty

All paintwork is covered under the Axalta Warranty. It is guaranteed against peeling, fading, checking and cracking for as long as you own the vehicle.
